Ingredients
400ml | apple juice |
4tbs | amaretto |
1ts | cinnamon |
50ml | cream |
- Put the apple juice and cinnamon together in a saucepan and heat. Do not boil.
- In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff.
- Add the amaretto to the warm apple juice.
- Divide the juice between 2 cups. Garnish with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon if desired.
